What do you do exactly?

We hand craft turnkey trips of a lifetime. We design the trip and book everything. We then put all confirmations, reservations and notes that will help you, into a beautiful multi-media itinerary that you access on your phone or printed out. We also book yachts, villas, design culinary tours and produce ultra-luxury corporate off site retreats.

Can I afford Travel-Well?

It depends. most of our trips are bucket list dream trips and they can come in starting at 25,000 dollars for a family and go up to 6 figures. There are trips that we do for couples that we are able to provide for as low as 12,000. it just depends on location and what is included. Though, we are an active luxury travel company and we provide a high-end service, don't let the price tag scare you from chatting with us. We love travel and people more than money.

What is included?

Your trip will include: Consultation, personally crafted and tailored itinerary, luxury transfer from the airport, welcome massage, champagne welcome, resort credit, breakfasts, all lodging, transfers, experiences and excursions, some culinary experiences like wine tasting, cooking classes and some special dinners. Our team is there for you the whole time, throughout planning and on your trip- text talk and chat with a human.

How do I pay?

We take 50% deposit and 50% 90 days prior to travel. In some cases we make exceptions to help with cashflow and we are open to arrangements. You may pay using a credit card, wire transfer or check. CC incurs a 3% fee to cover processing fees.

where do you specialize?

We specialize in off the beaten path places. But we know the big destinations as well. We are experts and have years of expertise in Paris, London, Rome... but also the jungles of Brazil and Sri Lanka.  We love Japan, Indonesia, Maldives, Thailand, New Zealand, Patagonia, Brazil, Central America, Alaska, Norway, Majorca, Croatia, Seychelles, Africa, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica etc. We lease yachts, We design safaris, fly fishing trips, heli-skiing trips and Caribbean villas. If we have not been somewhere or feel that we can not expertly craft your dream we will be transparent and tell you so. If we do focus on a place, you will know because we will be passionate about it!

how are you different?

Travel-Well is small. We are independent and we focus on a more localized and artisanal product. We have a high- touch and boutique approach to crafting travel rather than offering packages with zero thought. We seek out hotels that have design elements and soul. We offer culinary experienes that are interesting and unique and we find excursions that are authentic to the place and not touristy. We also deliver value, exclusive experiences, hospitality that others don't. We really care and go the extra mile to make sure you vacation is magical.
