INTAKE
Intake: We work with no more than 10 clients at a time. So we find out if we are a good fit and we listen to your desires for location, destination, experiences and dining. But more importantly, we find out how we can create the trip of a lifetime for you- filled with joy, bliss and euphoria.
MULTI-MEDIA ITINERARY
We handcraft a beautiful multi-media itinerary that includes all confirmations for lodging, flights, dining, experiences and excursions. We add in videos, maps, curated wine lists and point by point instructions. Everything you need is in the palm of your hand supported by TW the whole planning process and while you travel.
MERCEDES TRANSFER, MASSAGE, CHAMPAGNE WELCOME, FREE BREAKFAST, HOSPITALITY THROUGHOUT
On your luxury travel experience you will first be greeted at the airport by a luxury transfer to your hotel. Each trip includes champagne welcome and a lymphatic drainage massage to get rid of jet lag. You will also enjoy free breakfast, turndowns and other pieces of hospitality we bestow on you throughout your journey.

Each day we will craft a different experience that is built to bring you joy. Whether it is an adventure trip that consists of hiking, biking or kayaking...or an active family trip- we bookend the active portion of the day with wellness, leisure, day beds, beach clubs, museums, live music, pointers on the best sunsets, small coves to swim in and more. We love water and we always try to get in a sunset sail or a day on a boat. We highlight boutique shops where you may purchase artisanal ceramics, soaps, sweaters or other things that may bring meaning to your experience.
UNIQUE CULINARY EXPERIENCES
We seek out interesting dining and culinary experiences. We don't love art food or really anything that is too precious. We enjoy farm dinners where you are able to connect with locals. We look for rooftops with incredible views and mom and pop trattorias where the food is made with local ingredients and love.
UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES
We guide our clients toward experiences that are unique and unforgettable. We find that an authentic experience where there is a transfer of thought and care between the two parties is far more enriching than simply looking at local people like they are in a zoo. Volunteer time, long-play interaction where you learn rather than see a "show," is where we feel most alive.

We work with 10 clients at one time. When a spot opens up, we take on another client. We do this so that we have the best chance at attaining perfection. Take this R.L. JOY
Travel-Well has a different perspective. The only thing that matters to us is our client's joy. We find that if we use that metric as our north star, everything else takes shape in our universe. What drives our every decision is- how will we bring joy to our client? We put this framework through the TW prism to create travel experiences that are gentle, slow, tasteful, vintage, classic, chic, boutique and active. We then come up with a combination of the very most unique and authentic locations, lodging, dining and experiences for each client. This idea of slower, more substantive travel has resonated deeply with our client base because it is what we love in travel. It is what we are passionate about. We dig deeper to find unique and off the beaten path destinations and locations then put a real emphasis on personally designing a menu of experiences that leaves our clients with blown minds-blissed out and filled with joy.
